The new LITE models have the advantage of being able to cost-effectively upgrade base plates or individual heating plates in case of need and to easily exchange components. Secabo’s TC7 LITE transfer press is a modular self-opening press. The user does not have to wait next to the press during transfers, but can focus on other activities. Once the set time has elapsed, the press opens automatically and announces it three seconds before with an acoustic signal. The pressing process can be interrupted at any time by pressing a button, for example, to pre-press the fabrics. The temperature and pressing time are conveniently pre-selected via a digital controller. The pressing pressure is adjusted by means of a large wheel located on top of the heating plate. The TC7 LITE heat press, with a 40cm x 50cm work surface, has an additional cover plate on the heating plate to protect the user from burns. The construction of the TC7 LITE is completely modular, the control unit, the heating plate, the base plate and the base frame can be disassembled and changed in just a few steps. This makes it possible to use, for example, other hot plates.
The Secabo TC7 LITE can be optionally equipped with interchangeable plates in different formats – also with a membrane base plate, a quick change system, as well as a slide extension for use as a double plate press. Furthermore, with the TC7 LITE you also have the option of upgrading to our Secabo TC-SMART series. LITE transfer presses offer everything that makes textile transfers with Secabo so convenient. Of course, all professional applications of the usual hot transfer processes are possible, such as flock foils, flex foils, sublimation, inkjet flex etc.
