The new LITE models have the advantage of being able to upgrade individual base plates or heating plates as needed inexpensively and to easily interchange components. Secabo’s TC5 LITE transfer press is a modular self-opening press. The user does not have to wait next to the press during transfers, but can focus on other activities. Once the programmed time has elapsed, the press opens automatically and announces it three seconds before with an acoustic signal. The pressing process can be interrupted at any time by pressing a button, for example, to pre-press the fabrics. The temperature and pressing time are conveniently pre-selected via a digital controller. The pressing pressure is adjusted by means of a large wheel located on top of the heating plate. The TC5 LITE heat press, with a 15″ x 15″ work surface, has an additional cover plate on the heating plate to protect the user from burns. The construction of the TC5 LITE is fully modular, the control unit, heating plate, base plate and base frame can be disassembled and changed in just a few steps. This makes it possible to use, for example, other hot plates.
The Secabo TC5 LITE can be optionally equipped with interchangeable plates in different formats – also with a membrane base plate, a quick change system, as well as a slide extension for use as a double plate press. In addition, with the TC5 LITE you also have the option to upgrade to our Secabo TC-SMART series.
